Light as a summer breeze, this handmade, colorful fantasy top floats over the body. Pin tucks are dotted around the fabric-trimmed neck opening. The same fabric trims the sleeveless/drop sleeve arm openings. A back key key-hole opening has a sweet little button as closure.
